All orders placed on our website are sent from our Serbian based location. We offer Free Shipping worldwide for orders over €150, and Flat Rate €10 shipping worldwide. Please find more information below.

All our orders are sent via Post Serbia. Since orders are made to order, they will take between 2-3 weeks to be shipped and delivered.
Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery. We recommend contacting your local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order.
Customs/Import Duties & Taxes
All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. Kaya SaSela is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced items within 100 days of purchase. Items should be returned in their original condition, unworn and with their tags attached.

For a refund or exchange, your return must be in original condition with their tags attached.
Please note: International Returns cannot be over $1000, if so please ship these separately as Kaya SaSela is not responsible to pay duties to receive the goods. If there is a charge it will be deducted from your final refund.
Our Returns Team will reply with your Return Authorisation Number within two business days, and will also provide you with the address to send your return back to.
Once received and processed, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment minus original shipping charges and duties paid. If you paid with a gift card, you will be refunded to that same gift card and will be able to re-use the original unique code towards your next purchase.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed. Your will be notified by email once finalised.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
